Welcome to Worman’s Mill Community Conservancy! The Conservancy is a 307 acre Homeowner Association located at the intersection of Mill Pond Road and Monocacy Boulevard, in Frederick, Maryland. At build out, the community will boast 1,497 homes.

The community is divided into ‘clusters’. Each cluster has its own set of services, from front door trash pick up to door to drive snow removal, and lawn service. There are town homes, detached single family homes, as well as condominiums. All are state-of-the-art in design features.

The amenities in the community include a 7500 square foot clubhouse which encompasses a library, exercise room, billiard room, card room, and putting green. There are also many activities for community members held at the clubhouse. The manager’s office is also located in the clubhouse.

Blizzard of 2010

February has been quite a snowy month! Numerous cities shattered their seasonal snowfall records, including Baltimore with 79.9 inches and Washington, DC with 75.0 inches. Below are some photos of Worman’s Mill after the second blizzard.
