Architectural Control Committee

The individual Cluster Architectural Control Committees have been created to review Property Improvement Requests (PIRs) for exterior changes to their homes submitted by homeowners in the respective clusters and make recommendations to the Design Review Board for approval or denial.

The approvement process is two fold. The Architectural Committee members are residents of the cluster they represent. It is the Board’s opinion that the individuals that live in the ‘Cluster’ for which the improvement is intended have a first hand knowledge of what is best for their neighborhood.

Residents interested in joining the Architectural Committee for their respective cluster should apply at the community clubhouse. Interested candidates and members must be homeowners in good standing. Good standing is defined as the absence of any liens, assessment delinquency, outstanding violations of the Conservancy’s legal documents or rules and regulations with the Worman’s Mill Community Conservancy. Only homeowners living in a given cluster are eligible to serve on the Committee for that cluster.
