The Worman's Mill Clubhouse
Located at 2470 Stoney Creek Road and built on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Tuscarora Stream Valley Park, the grand Worman's Mill Clubhouse is an inviting retreat enjoyed by all residents. The Clubhouse provides the perfect setting for celebrations, catered dinners, relaxing socials on the verandah, club meetings, and other resident events. The clubhouse's spacious grounds has three pools, tennis courts, a basketball court, a putting green, a playground, and large grassy lawns. Inside, a spectacular twenty-eight feet high barrel vaulted gallery and Main Hall with a ceiling that displays an artist's fresco painting of the sky, a magnificent overlook verandah, a library, a card room, a caterer's kitchen, a media lounge, a game room, and a fitness area will enhance every lifestyle.
In general, the Clubhouse is for the exclusive use of Titleholders, residents, their guests, and invitees, through programs sponsored by the Conservancy.

The Worman’s Mill Clubhouse is available for rental by residents of the community. People living outside of the community, ‘non-members’, may rent the clubhouse if a resident (Member) of the community will sign the rental agreement, provide the security deposit, and be present at the event for which the premises are rented. Private use of the facilities may only take place during the posted hours. If you wish to rent the clubhouse for private use please review the Clubhouse Rental Agreement, To schedule your event and discuss any details that you may have questions about, please contact Catherine Myers at the Clubhouse. Catherine’s hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday: Not available Rental FeesFor one-time events, a security deposit plus specific hourly fee for each area as indicated. Security deposit fees are $300.00 if using one room and $600.00 if using multiple rooms. Time reserved must include setup and cleanup periods (Cleanup can NOT exceed the posted hours of the Clubhouse). The janitorial fee (mandatory for events of 25 or more persons in attendance) is $85.00.Hourly Fees and Capacity are as follows:
