THE COMMUNITY OF WORMAN'S MILL Welcome to Worman’s Mill Community Conservancy! The Conservancy is a 307 acre Homeowner Association located at the intersection of Mill Pond Road and Monocacy Boulevard, in Frederick, Maryland. At build out, the community will boast 1,497 units. The community is self-managed. It does not engage the services of a professional management company, but employs a General Manager, namely Patricia Vasco, to manage the business operations of the community. Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The clubhouse has available for member use a library, exercise room, billiard room, card room, and putting green. There are also many activities for community members held at the clubhouse. Click on the Calendar of Events for a list of these activities.
Tennis and Basketball Courts: Monday through Friday: 7:00 A.M. until dark. Weekends and Holidays: 9:00 A.M. until dark.
