Meeting Calendar
All regular Board of Trustees meetings are at 7:00 PM at the community clubhouse, 2470 Stoney Creek Road, Frederick, Maryland. Each meeting begins with a Homeowner Forum during which resident of the community may address the Board in open forum. Homeowners are encouraged to limit their speech and/or inquiry to 3 minutes. After the meeting is called to order, the board reviews the business at hand. Homeowner input is discouraged during the meeting. When the meeting is adjourned there is a second Homeowner Forum. For 2010 the board will focus on pursuing five initiatives.

*The Annual meeting on April 21st will be held at the Frederick Community College Conference Center.
